Meditation is relaxation, relaxing your body completely!
So we can only feel our own energy and be energy. It is important to avoid any movement, because movement draws energy back into the body.
If meditating correctly one can strengthens ones consciousness, direct one´s life force correctly and achieve a peaceful and powerful being!
During meditation please always sit upright and keep your spine straight so the life force energy can flow through freely.
