Out of the abuse
The seminar, get out of the abuse lasts 3 days. Many people experience abuse, physical, sexual, or psychological. Due to our own experiences with abuse and its consequences, it is very important to us to support people who have had these experiences to regain their strength and live a free life. We have developed our own concept that the fears and patterns that abuse brings with it are resolved.
Any abuse consists of 4 stages:
1. Fear/panic
2. Guilt
3. Punishment
4. Cleavage
We support you in your process to free yourself from the abuse, to come to you and your strengths and to exploit your potential!

Several weeks Coaching
Lasting lightness

This seminar is a program in which we accompany and support you for 8 weeks in order to achieve your desired weight permanently and thus to dance through life with ease! Losing weight can make pain go away, you have more energy, you are less tired and you can prevent diseases. The seminar includes the following:
A seminar day:
*Analysis of the mindset (converting negative thought patterns into positive ones)
*Explanation body, metabolism, body function (every body behaves/functions differently)
* Explain acid/base balance and the corresponding foods and their effects
*Exercise would keep the body and mind healthy (which sport or exercise suits me)
*Clearly define and manifest the goal
Live coaching every Monday from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m

This seminar is a program in which we accompany and support you for 8 weeks to cope with everyday life in a positive and organized way during the Corona Pandemic. The seminar includes the following:

Live coaching every Wednesday from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m
